Modular typeface design
Typography design by using the modular designing rule approach. Eclipse Typeface was created from a design shapes kit in which the approach uses the negative and positive space within the design.

Dor Dek for Thaipface
âāļâ Typography Form Explorations
As a guest designer collaborating on the Thai Alphabets Character Form Explorations Project with Thaipface, the character "āļ" (dor-dek) was creatively crafted for the project. The design explores simplicity and contrast, experimenting with shapes, forms, and contrast while employing distinct motifs to achieve a visually engaging result.
O to Dor-Dek
The exploration drew inspiration from the round and curved shape of the character "āļ," noting its resemblance to the English alphabet "O."
Eclipse in Thai
Drawing inspiration from the prior typeface design, Eclipse, the exploration involved playing with the contrast between space and shape
As a Black Letter
The exploration was influenced by the black letter typeface style, leveraging the pronounced contrast in line thickness and sharp cutting edges for a distinctive aesthetic.
Building Blocks
Inspired by the meaning of the alphabet itself, "Dor-Dek," which translates to "child," the exploration took cues from children's building block toys. The characters were constructed using geometric shapes, with thin lines providing a contrasting element, creating depth dimension of the form.

Stack
Helvetica Neue Modified Typeface
Created from all-weight Helvetica Neue typefaces horizontally sliced and stacked up on top of one another in the order from ultralight to bold. This creates the illusion gradient to typeface characters.
